6 sessions | 60mns/session

Session 1: Genetics & DNA

Students discover DNA as the blueprint of life, learning how it shapes our physical traits and explains why we resemble our family members. The session features fascinating insights into genetic modification in food, cancer as a DNA error, and the mystery of identical twins.

Session 2: The Lungs

This session brings the respiratory system to life, showing how air travels through the body. Students explore asthma, the effects of smoking, breathing emergencies, and oxygen monitoring.

Session 3: Immunity

Students explore the immune system as the body’s personal army, with white blood cells acting as soldiers. Through hands-on learning, they investigate viruses like COVID-19, how vaccines protect us, what allergies are, and rare conditions like the “bubble boy.”

Session 4: The Brain

This session introduces students to the structure and functions of the brain, including its four lobes, the cerebellum, and brainstem. Students learn fun and surprising facts such as multitasking myths, brain-powered electricity, optical illusions, and brain comparisons with other animals.

Session 5: The Digestive System

The digestive system is presented as a journey food takes. Students learn what digestion means, how different organs participate, what causes hiccups, and how taste perception is linked to DNA.

Session 6: The Bones

In the final session, students learn about bones, joints, and cartilage, including bone functions, names, growth, and healing. They discover fun comparisons with animal skeletons, how bones produce blood, and the effects of sleep, nutrition, and DNA on bone development and height.
