Registration
A place is confirmed once payment is received. Levels run as a series of six sessions and are booked as a whole.
Attendance and make-up sessions
Missed sessions can be rescheduled into another group of the same level, subject to availability.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than seven days before the first session are refunded in full, minus transaction fees. Between seven days and 48 hours before the start, half of the fee is refunded. Within 48 hours of the start, the fee is non-refundable but the place can be moved to another date, subject to availability. If we cancel a session or a Medical Week, you receive a full refund or a free transfer, whichever you prefer. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. Unpaid bookings are held for 20 minutes and then released.
